President's Message from the May 2008 Chaptergram:

My remarks for May 2008 are dedicated to recognizing and thanking an individual who is vital to the success of our chapter:

Lee Wikoff, CPCU, ALCM, AIC, AIM of Doherty Employment Group.

Lee is a past president of the MN Chapter, editor of this Chaptergram, a CPCU Champion, coordinator of our Continuing Professional Development program, and the list goes on. Lee provided insights to Hawaii for our new designees last fall and is now coordinating a special recognition for the past presidents of the MN Chapter at our May meeting. His professional accomplishments are equally matched by his personal attributes.

Lee, on behalf of the Board of Directors and the entire MN Chapter, thank you for your many years of service, dedication and commitment. We are sincerely grateful.

A few other comments for May …

The May 6 meeting is the LAST CHANCE for 2007 NEW DESIGNEES to attend a Chapter meeting for free (and bring a guest for free), no strings attached. We will be recognizing the 2008 New Designees and the past presidents of the MN Chapter. We have a great speaker and venue. Registrations are due May 1.

We are very pleased to welcome Paul G. Zerby, Jr., JD, CPCU, ARe of Benfield Inc. to the Board of Directors. Paul and all of the new chapter officers for next year will be installed at the May meeting.
